It Has Been noted that the recent loss of DaP in the alliance and the possible loss of other guilds may be linked to members of [ECTO]. I have asked all the Guild leaders to put up an announcement in their guilds that if anyone has a Problem with an [ECTO] member they are to screenshot the Conversation and Whisper Me in game (Blades Of Decree) or contact me on the alliance forums (Yuri). I will be using what I like to call the two strikes you're kicked method. If somone reports you to me and I think it is a legitimate report then I will Put your name on this list. If there is a legitimate report of anyone that's name is already on this ist they will be kicked from the guild.
